Verdana at Howell
Completed in October, 2013 Heartstone acted as the Construction Management firm for AST Development and Sterling Properties on a 220 unit garden apartment complex with a pool, tennis court, tot lot and a 4,000 sf clubhouse. As part of the complex, a sewer pump station and a major NJDOT intersection improvement on Route 9 was constructed. In addition to other awards, Verdana at Howell was recognized by the New Jersey Builders Association as the “Community of the Year – Rental Community Under $2,000”
