River Place at Wharton

A 67 home apartment project, including 14 affordable units, located in Morris County, NJ, was awarded the designation of "The Best New Project (Under 149 Units) for 2003" by the New Jersey Apartment Association.   Historically, the project operated at virtually 100% occupancy.
