River Place at Rahway

River Place at Rahway is a major component of the City of Rahway Redevelopment Program.  River Place at Rahway is a 136-unit luxury rental apartment community comprised of two buildings each four stories over parking.  Since March of 2006, occupancy has exceeded 95%.  Tenant satisfaction is also at 95% as reported by ApartmentRatings.com (July 2011).  River Place at Rahway has been a four time finalist for “Best Managed Property” and “Best Curb Appeal”; a three time finalist for “Best Property Manager” and “Best Leasing Agent” and a finalist for "Best Website".  River Place at Rahway has received “Best Leasing Agent for 2007” and "Best Curb Appeal" four times.
