River Place at Butler

River Place at Butler is a mixed-use retail/residential project including 68 for-sale town house residential units and 20,000 square feet of retail/commercial space.  Another redevelopment site, this project is the quintessential poster child for brownfield redevelopment and “has been hailed as a stellar example of smart growth” by the New Jersey Department of Commerce (June 7, 2005).  River Place at Butler was also selected to grace the cover of the Morris County Planning Board's “2005 Development Activity Report”.  This project  received six SAM awards from the New Jersey Builders Association including the “2008 Grand Award for an Attached Community Under $400,000”.
